2. Services

PMW Auto Body provides collision repair, custom bodywork, paint services, and related automotive services. Our website allows you to request estimates, book appointments, and submit inquiries. Online estimates are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Photo estimates submitted through our website are preliminary assessments based on visible damage in the images provided.
  • Final repair costs may differ after in-person inspection, as hidden damage is common in collision repair.
  • We will communicate any changes to scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.
  • Insurance-covered repairs are subject to your carrier's approval and supplement process.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

Online appointment requests are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Warranty

PMW Auto Body provides a lifetime warranty on workmanship for all collision repairs, valid for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers defects in our repair work and does not cover:

  • Damage from subsequent accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, including paint fading from environmental exposure.
  • Parts or materials not supplied or installed by PMW Auto Body.
  • Vehicles that have been modified after repair by another party.

6. Insurance Coordination

When you authorize us to work with your insurance carrier, we will communicate directly with them regarding your claim, supplements, and billing. You remain responsible for any deductible, non-covered charges, or amounts not paid by your insurance carrier.

7. Photo Uploads

By uploading photos through our estimate tool, you confirm that you have the right to share those images and grant PMW Auto Body permission to use them for the purpose of assessing damage and preparing a repair estimate. Photos are automatically deleted after 14 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Interfere with the operation of our website.
  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of PMW Auto Body and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

PMW Auto Body provides this website on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMW Auto Body shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
