Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) & Hail Damage

Paintless dent repair (PDR) removes dents by massaging the metal back into shape from behind the panel, with no filler and no repaint. When the paint is not cracked, PDR is usually faster and cheaper than traditional bodywork and keeps your original factory finish.

When PDR works

  • Door dings and parking-lot dents
  • Hail damage
  • Shallow creases where the paint is intact
  • Dents on steel and many aluminum panels

When it does not

If the paint is cracked or chipped, the metal is stretched, or the dent sits on a sharp body line or panel edge, PDR may not be enough. In that case we combine it with conventional repair and a spot refinish, color matched to the rest of the car.

Why keep the factory paint

Original factory paint is harder and more durable than any refinish, and it matters for resale value and vehicle history. PDR leaves no trace of the repair.
